inclusive of automobile accidents, defective premises cases, defective sidewalk cases, slip and
fall cases, etc. – and have successfully obtained millions of dollars for our clients.
A large percentage of our cases come from prior clients, and there is a reason for that. We have
a history of satisfied and happy clients, who then refer other family members, friends, co-
workers and acquaintances to us. We would like to get you the money you are entitled to on all
your personal injury matters, but can only do that if you call us as soon as you sustain personal
injury.
We handle all types of Personal Injury cases including automobile/motorcycle/taxi/bus accident
cases, slip and fall cases, defective premises or sidewalk cases, fire and explosion cases,
medical malpractice cases, product liability cases, etc. We also have a very successful practice
in Social Security Disability/SSI claims – obtaining favorable decisions on most of those cases for our clients for over 28 years.
We consider our clients to be family, and treat them as such, -- with caring, personal and efficient service – which is why they, as well as their families, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances, continue to come back when they are in need of legal help. Why not join them? Just call:

Auto accidents can happen to anyone. You can protect your legal rights by doing the right thing after an accident occurs. This page gives you some steps you should take if you are involved in an auto accident. It also provides an "Auto Accident Information" form at the bottom that you can print out and keep in your car to record information about the accident, and then consult with us immediately.
STOPPING YOUR CAR
Stop your car. Leave it as close as possible to the place of impact without obstructing traffic. After stopping, remain at the scene of the accident.
CALLING THE POLICE
Always call the police, particularly if someone has been injured. A police report of the accident will help your insurance claim and any liability claims. Ask the officer for the accident report number, and get his/her name and badge number. Ask the police officer to provide you with the information on the other vehicle, including the insurance information, and the owners and operators information.
